Department of Business Administration
Introduction
In line with the College of Business' goal of “preparing practical, open-minded, ethical, and rational problem-solving leaders who will lead in the information age at home and abroad,” the Department of Business Administration has three goals: (1) to cultivate creative business professionals who can rationally solve problems in the field, (2) to cultivate moral business professionals who fulfill corporate ethics and social responsibility, and (3) to cultivate international business leaders who proactively cope with the changing global business environment. To achieve these goals, the department introduces the concepts, theories, and specific skills necessary to understand corporate management as a whole, enabling students to analyze and solve problems encountered in the field.
